Q: How are the rooms priced?
A: Room pricing is based on double occupancy. There is a small charge for each additional guest.  Children age 3 and under stay for free.

Q: How many people can stay in each room?
A: The maximum amount of people we allow in each room is 2 people per bed (unless a twin) + 1 extra person. I.e. 1 Queen & 1 Sofa Sleeper = 5 max people.

Q: Is there a minimum stay requirement?
A: All rooms have a minimum 1 night stay on the weekdays and a minimum 2 night stay on the weekends. During most holidays and some special events the minimum stay is an additional day or two more.

Q: What do I need to bring?
A: Papertowels, coffee, salt and pepper, layered clothes, a flashlight, additional pillows and extra towels are the most common items that our guests bring.

Q: What is provided?
A: All linens, bath towels, wash rags, pots, pans, potholder, silverware, dishes, dish rag, dish towel, dish soap, shampoo and soap are all included with your stay.

Q: Is there an Ice Machine?
A: No, but ice can be purchased at many nearby markets.

Q: Can I fish on the property?
A: Yes. You can fish right on the property, but a fishing license is still required (this applies to ages 14+).

Q:  What kind of fish are in the lake? 
A:  Rainbow trout, brook trout, large mouth bass, sun fish, channel catfish and walleye.

Q:  What about boats? 
A: You are welcome to bring your own boat or canoe, but the lake does have some limitations. We are located not far from the public dock where someone can drop in their boat from a trailer. We also have a limited amount of boats that we rent from our own dock.

Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Yes. We have a limited number of Pet-Friendly units.

Q: Are there wild animals?
A: While it is possible to see elk, wild turkey, skunks, raccoons, squirrels, deer and other critters, mostly you will see birds associated with the lake such as ducks, geese and bald eagles.

Q: Can we have an outside fire?
A: We have outside community fire pits where a modest supervised fire is allowed. However, if we are on fire restriction then no fires area allowed.

Q: What about phone service?
A: We do not have in room phones, but their is good cell phone service in this area..

Q: Do you have Wireless Internet access?
A: We have free wireless internet access.

Q: Do you have movies or DVDs?
A: If you'd like to watch movies it is recommended that you bring a portable DVD player or laptop as most of our TVs do not have RCA inputs.

Q: Do you provide any games or reading material.
A: We have an assortment of board games and books that can be borrowed at the front office.

Q: Can I pay with cash or check?
A: No, but we do accept all major credit cards.

Q:  How many people are allowed to stay on one unit?
A:  Most units allow 2 people per bed for maximum allowable occupancy.

Q:  Are you open year round?
A:  You bet. There is always something to do up here during all 4 beautiful seasons.

Q:  Can I barbeque outside?
A:  Each unit has a small charcoal grill for use or you are welcome to bring your own small propane grill (Gas BBQ are provided through out the resort for shared use). Charcoal is available for purchase or you may bring your own.

Q:  Is there television?
A:  Each room has basic satellite with some upgraded televsion channels.

Q:  Do you accept special events like weddings, family reunions, company retreats, etc.
A:  Yes, we have some beautiful spots available for such gatherings.

Q:  Do any units have air conditioning?
A:  All units now have air conditioning your comfort.

Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: We do offer military discounts.

Q:  Do I need to make a deposit to book a reservation?
A:  All reservations are paid for in full at the time a reservation is booked.  All reservations have a 30-day cancellation. See: Policies
